Green kiwi power smoothie
This has become my go to breakfast smoothie. It is packed with nutrients and protein.
1-2 banana
1 kiwi
1 cup soy milk
1 scoop protein powder (I use Sunwarrior)
1 scoop chia seeds
2 big handfuls of either kale, spinach, or some other dark leafy green
Top blender with ice and blend for 20 sec
